Total Treasure: 11,681 gp with collector’s bonus
(minus three weeks of 40 gp for rooms and Kyle’s wages)
Rooms: 120 gp
Kyle: 3 gp 16 sp* (Zarantyr 19 – Olarune 9)
Kyle charged 5 sp per day, until he realized you were going to take him under your (collective) wings. He lowered his price to 1 sp per day, partially because it is steady work and partially out of hero worship. You are paying him 7 sp at the beginning of the week now.
Rooms: 11,681 – 120 = 11,561 gp
Kyle: 11,559 gp and 20 sp – 3 gp and 16 sp = 11,556 gp and 4 sp
You each get another: 2,889 gp and 1 sp

Eldara’s robe of bones*
No one wants this! It is an Evil item, plus it is used (i.e. not fully charged). You would need to find someone to fence it (Rafad’s contact Rick, for example), but the magic shop owners do not suggest this. They suggest you destroy it, or donate it to the University for study. This Robe of Bones, while not fully charged, could still be used to create one goblin skeleton, one human commoner skeleton, two wolf skeletons, one goblin zombie, one human zombie and one wolf zombie. It could be sold to a fence for 420 gp
